Aisha grew up surrounded by strong Emirati women who held families, responsibilities and communities together with quiet resilience. Their example shaped her understanding of strength: not as carrying everything alone, but as recognising when care is needed and allowing some of the weight to be put down.
As a Doctor of Dentistry she brings a disciplined, people-first perspective to the experience of care. Her Emirati heritage runs through UNKNOTTED as a quiet cultural thread, drawn from the values found in gathering, hospitality and handcraft.
Eugene Traboulsi
Co-founder · CDA-licensed Social Worker
Eugene comes from a mixed-culture family shaped by Australian, Arab and Japanese influences. Across more than twenty years in direct mental-health work, including the past six years as a CDA-licensed Social Worker in Dubai, he has worked with adolescents, adults and families through complex and demanding periods of life.
That work left him with a lasting respect for what people carry without always saying. Pressure finds its way into the body through responsibility, caregiving, loss, travel and the constant expectation to keep going.
